Your Local List has been commissioned to provide a targeted, quality advertising forum for local businesses, trades and services to engage directly with their local communities and potential customers. Advertising starts from as little as £20 / per edition, reaching at least 8,000 homes and other businesses in the Lancaster and Morecambe areas.

Your Local List is an A5 high quality glossy magazine style publication that will stand out from other forms of advertising due to its size, content and quality.

Leaflets, supplements, free newspapers and inserts tend not to be read and make their way directly into the recycling - the quality and format of Your Local List will encourage readers to keep the current edition in a safe place by the telephone, or on the coffee table, or in a public place. It is intended to provide a local alternative to the national reference “pages”.

Your Local List will be distributed to at least 8,000 homes and businesses throughout Lancaster and surrounding areas, and will also be left at public buildings, doctors / dentists surgeries, cafes, and various locations where the public congregate or wait for another service.Our professional distribution service will undertake all door to door delivery on our behalf. They offer live GPS tracking of delivery teams, together with a “breadcrumb trail” update, immediately following the distribution. This provides us, and ultimately all advertisers, with confidence that our target audience has been reached.

The next edition will have at least 40 pages and will also contain local community information and a diary of local events. We intend to increase the page count as advertising increases.
